What currency are products displayed in?
All prices are in Australian dollars with approximate US dollar prices shown for guidance only. Please note that two prices are stated to show the Australian Government Goods and Services Tax (GST) inclusive and exclusive price. Only Australian orders are subject to the GST and all international orders will be processed exclusive of GST.
What forms of payment does the AO Shop accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard and Diners Card.
What do I do if a garment does not fit correctly?
Please return the garment with a copy of your receipt to the following address advising us whether you wish it to be exchanged for another garment or refunded.

Please return garments by Recorded Delivery, Registered Post or your local equivalent as we cannot accept any liability for goods lost in transit. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
What should I do if my order is incomplete on arrival?

How do I know that my order has been received?
If you have ordered online, you will receive immediate confirmation online that your order has been received. If ordering by fax you will receive a fax from us confirming delivery charges that you must approve prior to us accepting your order.
Is purchasing online safe?
The AO Shop offers you a safe and secure shopping experience. You will notice a padlock icon on the base of your browser when you enter our website. This indicates that all information entered in the session is secure.
Once you have entered your credit card details your payment will be processed online. When you click the 'Place Order' button, we send the transaction to the bank. Unlike giving credit card details over the phone, our online system automatically encrypts all your details using the SSL encryption standard.
