Placing an Order

How to Order through this website:

  • Select the product you require by clicking on the image or item description. Items can be viewed via each category.
  • Fill in the quantity required and click the "Add to cart" button. Your Shopping Cart details will automatically be updated.
  • You may then click "View Cart" to finalise your order or "Keep Shopping" to continue purchasing other items.
  • At any stage, you can click "View Cart" within the Shopping Cart Summary box (top right corner) to finalise your order.
  • To finalise your order, please continue through to our Shopping Cart. If you are an existing customer, please enter your log in details to proceed to the cart. If you are a new customer, please proceed via Guest Checkout to finalise your order.
  • Once your details are finalised, click "Submit Order".
  • Once your order has been submitted, your order is automatically sent through to our warehouse for packing and dispatch. An order confirmation will be emailed to you for reference.

All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax at 10%. Only Australian orders are subject to the GST and all international orders will be processed exclusive of GST. All totals will be billed as Australian Dollars. International customers will be charged the equivalent of this rate in their respective currencies at the time the bank processes the transaction.

Sizing Charts for all clothing is available on each product page. When you click on your desired clothing item, please click “Sizing Chart” to view.

Please choose your sizing carefully! We want you to enjoy your Australian Open merchandise as soon as you receive your order. If your clothing item does not fit on arrival, we are happy to exchange the sizing for you however please note stock levels are limited.

Delivery Information

Australian Open merchandise is dispatched from Melbourne, Australia. Once your order has been packed and dispatched, please allow 7 working days delivery within Australia and 14-21 working days delivery overseas, depending on the destination.

Delivery Charges:

Please note freight costs apply to selected orders and will be added to your shopping cart on checkout.

We require a physical delivery address to ensure prompt dispatch and delivery of your order. If you provide us with Post Office Box details, we may contact you to arrange an alternate delivery destination. This is due to the size of packaging as well as the need for a signature on delivery.

Australian Delivery:

Orders under 2kg inc GST: AUD $15.00.
Orders over 2kg inc GST: AUD $20.00.

Delivery is performed within the deadlines provided for direct delivery to the addressee or, if the addressee is absent, by a notice informing him/her of the availability of the parcel. Please note that a signature is required on delivery in most cases. Please ensure you or someone else is home to sign for your parcel. Alternatively, please enter a business address for daytime delivery.

If our freight carrier is unsuccessful in delivering to you on more than one occasion, the package may be returned to our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia. In the unlikely event that this occurs, to re-send your parcel, an additional freight charge will need to be applied prior to dispatch.

Delivery deadlines are indicated as accurately as possible. We are not responsible for delivery delays following the dispatch of your order which are due to a country’s customs (export/import) clearance requirements. No damages or compensation will be payable in the event of delivery deadlines being exceeded. However, if the product has not been delivered 21 days after the delivery date indicated and this is due for any reason other than force majeure, the purchase may then be cancelled and you maybe refunded the price paid to the exclusion of any other damages or compensation (provided the delay is not contributed to by you).

Please note we are currently experiencing some delivery delays to USA where some orders are taking up to an extra week to be delivered by our freight carriers.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to enjoy your Australian Open merchandise as soon as you receive your order. Please choose your items and sizing carefully!

If your clothing item does not fit on arrival, we are happy to exchange the sizing for you however please note stock levels are limited. Please return the garment with a copy of your invoice / receipt to the following address:

If we cannot replace your garment with your required size in the design, an alternate design will be offered. Alternatively, you are eligible for a refund. Please return garments by Recorded Delivery, Registered Post or your local equivalent, as we cannot accept any liability for goods lost in transit. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

It is recommended that you email us prior to returning an item(s) so we can expect your parcel.
